Hello, happy Thursday! I’m breaking up the wedding posts today with an engagement session! Erica and Austin’s glowing sunset field engagement session is near and dear to my heart. Why? Because Austin is Joey’s brother (aka my brother-in-law)!
We’ve been waiting and waiting to schedule this session because Austin’s in the military and time off doesn’t come easily. We got their session done just in time for their wedding on Sunday! Austin had the chance to come back a few days early, so we made sure to sneak in a quick engagement session for them (and their mamas!) before the wedding day! Better late than never, right?
Would you believe all of these photos were taken in my horse pasture? I’ve been wanting to get someone out here in the glowy sunset light for so long. When I saw it was supposed to be a beautiful, warm fall evening, I quickly texted Erica to see if we could make their engagement session happen!
Austin and Erica, I’m so glad I get to call you two family! It’s been fun helping with wedding planning suggestions, even if it’s been from afar. I can’t wait to celebrate you guys in just a few days! Thank you for trusting me to be not only a guest, a mother of your flower girl/ring bearer, but also your wedding photographer! It’s a huge honor for me to capture these memories for you two and our families!
