Simone and Matt’s Winter Pikes Peak Engagement

Simone had her heart set on a snowy winter engagement session. Working off the recommendations of friends, we took their engagement photos at the beautiful Pikes Peak State Park overlooking the frozen Mississippi River. The view was absolutely incredible! After nearly a week of sub-zero temps here in Iowa, we were blessed with the warmest day of the week — coming in right at 20 degrees! Even though it was so cold, these two didn’t let it bother them and I think the result was incredible!
