Fall Neutrals Ashton Hill Farm Wedding

This October has been very busy around here! Due to some changes with dates, I’m scheduled to have a wedding every weekend this month! This fall neutrals Ashton Hill Farm wedding was so special to photograph! Thomas and Melissa (and many of their friends and family!) traveled from out-of-state to come back to Iowa where these two met! I had so much fun celebrating with them! Everyone had a smile on their face and couldn’t wait to help and make Thomas and Melissa’s day just perfect!

I love the warm neutral fall color palette Melissa picked! Small pops of mauve and copper were the perfect accents for autumn. Hydrangea Bloom knocked it out of the park with the bouquets! I love the rich brown/copper/neutral tones! It’s such a timeless vision of fall!

Fall in Iowa can be a bit unpredictable, but even the slight sprinkle and wind didn’t stop these two from celebrating outside in Ashton Hill’s beautiful amphitheater! Melissa and Thomas chose to writer their own vows. It was so sweet hearing what they said about each other; how much the other truly means to them!

Watching Thomas dance with his mom was one of the sweetest moment. It made me picture what it will be like one day to dance with my son at his wedding. Thomas and his mom clearly enjoyed the sweet moment dancing together!

Every moment of this day was enjoyed. Being together is extra special this year after Covid has change so many things. Melissa and Thomas adapted and enjoyed celebrating their marriage, which is what weddings are all about!

Thomas and Melissa, thank you so much — it was so much fun spending your wedding day with you! I hope you enjoy marriage so much! I hope and pray that you enjoy this time together as newlyweds! May your marriage be long, happy and just as joyful as this day was! 🙂
