Heather and Colton dreamed of the fall colors on Colton’s family acreage for their engagement session. Luckily, the Iowa autumn colors stuck around a bit longer than they have in years past. Exploring the landscape with these two was so much fun. They showed me their favorite views as well as the spot where they plan to build their dream house. They took a romantic drive down the lane in Colton’s grandfather’s antique car. We chased down every last bit of the golden hour sunlight until it disappeared beyond the horizon.
Colton and Heather, thank you for being so flexible when we changed our plan, and then changed it yet again. This night was absolutely perfect. I’m glad we were able to sneak these photos in while the colors were still around!
