Iowa State Family Photos in Ames, Iowa

Brittany and Alex met while attending Iowa State, so it was only fitting to take their family photos on Iowa State’s central campus. With three young kids, we really just embraced whatever they were willing to do. Silly faces, running around and everything in between.

This is their family at this stage, at this time. They will never be exactly like this again. The kids will get older. So, we might as well accept whatever they gifted us with in this moment.

Family sessions are all about collecting little treasures, never quite knowing what we’re going to get. There are so many little nuances that you just want to hold on to forever. Each image that makes the final gallery is a future gift to the family. Even if it isn’t an image that means a whole lot right now, I know it will someday.
